The largest ice cream cake weighed 10.13 tonnes (22,333.6 lb). The cake measured 4.45 m (14 ft 7 in) long, 4.06 m (13 ft 3 in) wide, and 1 m (3 ft 3 in) tall. It included sponge cake; vanilla ice cream, buttercream frosting, and Oreo cookie crumble topping. It took 100 people over a year to plan the event in honor of Dairy Queen’s 30th birthday.

The Guinness World Records’ Chinese liaison officer announced that the ice-cream cake in this photo which is 4.8 metres (15.7 feet) long, 3 metres (9.8 feet) wide, 1 metre (3.3 feet) high and weighs 8 tons (7,257 kg – 17,637 lb), is the new Guinness World Record for the biggest  ice-cream cake.

Carvel Corporation (the nation’s first retail ice cream franchise) 70th-anniversary celebration for Weighing in at 12,096 pounds, the cake took 75 minutes and 54 people to build and assemble. It was 19 ft long, nine ft wide, and two feet high.
